Guys, it's Colorado, UConn, Arizona and ...... Oregon. It's happening.

My source is: bruh

Edit: promise I was posting this before the above post was posted lol
That would be damn fun. And if it holds, the Phil Knight BB tournament last fall was a bit of a preview....maybe even helped plant some seeds.

Crickets coming out of UConn. My guess is they were told to button up as there was a lot of speculation out there with a lot of people earmarking UConn to B12 without the formal invite (sure both UConn and B12 weren’t happy about it). Is this a good thing? Time will tell.

You must have never had properly smoked brisket.
I have, and after trying it, I wondered why I would have brisket when I can just have the far superior pot roast.

Carolina BBQ blows. It's all about KC and Texas.
You don’t need to sell me. I’ve had good BBQ in South Carolina, but also in MA and I‘m sure Chicago. Doesn’t mean that’s the sweet spot.

Brisket sucks. I like pulled pork as long as it's not really fatty
See I felt the pulled pork in the eastern NC bbq place I went to I had lacked fat and I went to one of the right ones

You ever go to the place by Treehouse?
In Sturbridge? BT’s Smokehouse. Yeah. It’s quite good. Anybody can do really good BBQ anywhere. The only question is can you get in. That place is always packed. I could get to similar quality places in KC with no problem. No wait.

Now do Italian food and it reverses. Easy to find loads of good options here, harder to get in KC. Anybody who thinks there is some magic elixir to location is imagining things. A city like Chicago is going to have great everything, if you can pay and travel for it. Best sausage biscuits and gravy I had was somewhere neat Leavenworth. Cheap too. That’s what’s fun.
