Fairness in college sports is dead. No other sports leagues in the world operate anything remotely like college does now.

This is true, but that is mostly true because the NCAA declined to make NIL rules and instead suggested states pass their own legislation. States gladly stepped into the power vacuum. Georgia is just looking to push the boundaries of established precident.

Georgia judges power ends at the border. They can De-certify Georgia athletics and kick them out of Assocaiation (association means voluntary. The fact that people don't want to follow rules of association, then leave association.)

The judges, politicians and media.…ncaa is a voluntary org.

There is nothing stopping Georgia from starting another organization.

Agree, 100% regarding this. The mess we find ourselves currently in is due to the NCAA punting on this issue under Emmert.
