Not a fan. Limp and soggy.

I don't understand how someone can cook and like a burger or steak without a small but appropriate amount of salt.

If it's seasoned right, people don't know it's seasoned at all.

Disagree if it is quality meat. People can season it on their plate. A little salt and cracked pepper is all it needs. Anybody introduces anything beyond that in a burger and it's unlikely I'll even eat it.

I agree with that but it goes on RIGHT BEFORE hitting the pan/grill/whatever. Seems to help with the outer texture.

Unlike a Steak where you want to salt and rest for a little bit before cooking (to draw moisture to surface) , you dont want to Salt a burger until the moment it goes on.

Agreed on needing nothing else.

I do Cajun blackened (with gorgonzola and roasted peppers, my wifes favorite burger) and a couple other variations some times but that is a different topic really.

The real question: is a hot dog a sandwich?

No! Don't tell me Primantis sucks!

Def doesn’t suck.

He probably knows spots that are great but I’ve eaten Primanti’s and it was delish.

No thank you. I should be able to take a bite no problem. I hate thick burgers and giant rolls
I've never actually had it. It's a place I've gone to that has huge awesome sandwiches, best chicken salad I've ever had on thick grilled sourdough with thick cut applewood smoked bacon. Knew they had a disgustingly huge burger.

Half lb. is as big a burger as I want and I don't like a lot of stuff on top of it.

Yeah I don't like going over 1/3 lb. If the burger is relatively flat I'm fine with it but I hate when there's a giant mound in the middle. Sign of a bad burger

I'll admit on a given day they are. Tuesday nights seem to have a good fryer dude.
