Brian Bowen could have some affect. MSU is pretty sorted at guard. Harris would be their 5th guard as of now with Bowen being more of a 3 but if Bridges were to come back that would ruin any shot Harris has to play for them year one.

Mark Smith is the newly named Mr. Illinois basketball. A former Mizzou commit in baseball but de-committed and focused solely on basketball this winter. Has a strong relationship with Jamal Walker at Illinois. Sparty and Kentucky are on him really late - like Izzo just visited him for the first time this week when he offered him. Smith has stated multiple times that he plans on deciding by April 12th.

Oh, yes. Illinois has the best recruiting class coming in they've had in years and Walker was key to keeping them. He's also in on several younger players so looks to help there going forward.

Harris is taking an OV to Sparty the weekend of 4/14. Cuonzo Martin and Mizzou visited Smith this week as well.
