Need to get 3 pies tonight and was thinking about trying Tipsy Tomato. @Huskybass recommends but he also commented that Mike's was better than Zuppardi's so I'm a little hesitant. Anyone else be there?

Brick and Basil in Norwich isn't the best I've had, but I was astounded by the quality they're putting out from a truck

The only pizza that I've had from Tipsy Tomato was the stuffed shrimp and it was absolutely outstanding. I can't comment on their regular offerings but that one is a certain winner.

We got 4 pies form Tipsy yesterday. Decent is how I would describe them. None outstanding. It's very thin crust so they don't travel that well. If you are in that area you'd do better at Roseland

I'm guessing the stuffed shrimp wasn't one that you got.

Ran into new contender for best pizza in CT

the “ northeast meat lovers”

natural casing pepperoni
Lamberti sausage
chopped Taylor Ham ( never had that on a pie before)
Liuzzi ricotta scoops

Anyone try the Amanti Della Carne at Pepe's yet? "Crushed Italian Tomatoes, Mozzarella, Meatballs, Pepperoni, Sausage, Bacon & Grated Pecorino Romano." Looks like heart attack on a pizza. ...

Yes .
I don’t want buffalina waits. But it’s on the shoreline to narrow it down.
You’re just afraid that the SuperTaster is going to go there and be underwhelmed.

I’m already leery about the meat overkill, although I gather that’s the point.

Very curious about the Taylor Ham. I’d ditch at least one of the other two meats though. Too much for one pie.

No, but have had their new-ish meatball pie a couple of times and enjoyed it. I’ok certainly give this meat party a try soon and report back.

And I thought we were all 'boys' here!

If I was a mod, I'd delete your post. Also get a better phone camera or learn to take more appealing pics!

(Living on the Shoreline, I'm upset with you!)
He posted before eating it. He must have been underwhelmed like I expected.

nope. Thats true, because you dont know where to get it. :)
You’re right.

It is far more believable that you have suddenly decided for the first time that you are worried about creating too much hype about something you like.
