This is all so pointless right now, especially since it's likely that our starting quarterback isn't even enrolled in school yet, however I can't help myself, I need this information like a junkie needs junk.

Maybe we catch lighting in a bottle. There are plenty of stories of guys who were not highly recruited and developed into stars. UConn even put a couple of walk-ons into the NFL. I want the 22 best players on the field. I could care less about their recruiting rankings.

Walk-ons are the ultimate chip on the shoulder players with something to prove. Research walk-on programs and see the very solid contributions they have made to many teams. Walk-ons have been key contributors to national championship teams.

I love rooting for walk-ons, its the whole underdog thing. Bonus if its a walk-on from CT, more players with a story from CT builds layers in to the fan base.

Hope he makes it all the way back from that injury last year and gets into camp with somebody... He's a special teams demon... he pretty much built his career around that role...

Bisack has talent. Compare his athletic skill set to Cochran and Bisack wins in every category (height, arm strength, running ability). Cochran had the football IQ. (Genius level). It's unfortunate that Williams won't participate in the spring game but opportunity knocks for Bisack.
