I see the +/- statistic cited quite a bit. During the current game broadcast they just said Plum led the league in that stat for the season. So...she's the MVP, right? I know, not really, but thought that was interesting.

By the way, the host team and probably the favorite to win the title heading into the playoffs is in a world of trouble right now.

Stewie is in a brutal shooting slump the entire playoffs so far. 3-16, 9-25 and 7-25. Nobody stepped up to cover for her today.

Rebecca Allen never really gets talked about for the Sun, but she tormented her former team today. An efficient 18 points and a terror on defense.

78-63 final, but 41-23 in the second half. NY looked absolutely lost on offense.

23 points in the second half. Woeful! Superteam??

Waiting for Dolson to provide insight on this. Cringed after I heard her comments during the Washington series about them not playing their best. I agree with her statement, but with that roster and their experience, they shouldn't be in a position where this should be part of the discussion.

Hmm. I thought Phoenix underachieved for the most part during Brondello's tenure given their talent. Now she's coaching NY. I didn't see any kind of adjustments for the Liberty during the second half when the Sun were running away with the game. Granted the players have to execute and hit shots, but it certainly wasn't a coaching gem.

Dallas hung around in the first half, mostly due to hitting the O boards. They couldn't keep pace in the second half though. Wilson w/ 34, Young w/ a near triple double and 19 pts, Plum w/ 25. Those 2 combined for 10 made 3's.

Brown and Sims w/ 10 each off the bench was a bright spot for Dallas. Chilly shooting for Ogunbowale, Sabally and Howard.

Stewie's low shooting % is the most astonishing thing from the Liberty, 3games in a row she shot badly is rare, but I still wish They will go to the finals

She feels like more a jump shooter this year than any previous year. Might not be true but appears that way. I feel like the offense generates very few interior looks for her. If they aren’t going to utilize JJ on the block, it limits the team to reliance on the jump shot. Yesterday very few fell.

Alyssa Thomas also playing REALLY well:
19.3ppg, 9.5apg, 6rpg, 2.3spg, 53%FG through 4 games
She is but A'ja is on a whole different level. 2 30+ games out of 3. Dominating the paint on both ends of the floor. If you want a stat line, how about 28.7 ppg, 10.7 rpg, 4.0 bgp, 1.7 spg and 64% FG. She doesn't have the assists like AT, but otherwise it's a landslide in favor of Wilson.
