Of course you do, especially since Borges informed the casual fans today that we have 2 scholarships open and not 1. There’s no gag order here it’s public knowledge Chief

The lack of patience people have is perhaps understandable but still pretty amazing to Chief. Chief like everyone else is tempted to speculate publicly about how many scholarships are available due to guys leaving or not leaving the team. We have always been instructed not to though. Of course, the answer to that question answers how many guys we can bring in, followed by who.
I think I am allowed to say this, the self imposed docking of a scholarship definitely complicates life in the Werth complex. As someone posted, how many ships did UNC self dock for fake classes? But, no need to, since the NCAA said that’s ok.

Realy disappointed with the Precious thread, as it never quite reached the potential of the failed Diamond Stone recruiting thread. That one took a lot of the fire out of this board.

I still can't believe people think Precious to Memphis would be a good thing for us. Nothing about this would make me lose faith in Hurley or feel bad about our excellent recruiting class, but getting beaten for our #1 priority by a conference rival would be objectively awful news.

Precious to any school but UConn is not good for UConn.

I don't give a ratsbutt about the AAC outside of UConn, nor should anyone else. UConn is in this until he signs or at least commits elsewhere.

I understand your reasoning, even though I think Precious to Memphis is not actually less bad. Others have had much stronger, less nuanced positions than you.
