Having been working for a large sponsor of the Mariners and having to have to deal with him at a few sponsor events, I can tell you personally he was/is one of the biggest DB's you could ever run into.Agreed. It's a sad day for the sport. He is one of the greatest to ever put on the cleats. The PEDs will forever define his career, but he had the tools without them. He was a fun guy to watch, deserves to be in the Hall of Fame (with many asterisks) IMO, and made watching Yankee games awesome.
I mean who didn't want to see Jeter and A-Rod play together.
