Ohio State NEEDS a big class in terms of both numbers and quality or else they are in big trouble. So far, so good but they need a few more just for the sake of filling out a roster.

There was significant G/W talent in the state of Ohio for the Class of 2018 (Horston, Bell, Cooke,& Puisus). Don't see Kevin landing anymore than Bell from in state.

Boston has Ohio St in her final 4 also.

Based off my sleuthing, I never got the sense ND was a serious contender. Was hoping to be wrong because she looks like a very good player but not surprised.

I think she is ticketed for Louisville, most likely.

My guess it is likely down to Mizzou, Miss St., and Louisville. Mizzou already has two very talented wings in ‘18 and ‘19 (Hayley Frank was the Missouri GPOY over Aijha). Clearly they would make room for such a highly touted in-state prospect and she is likely better than those two. Mississippi State is down to one open scholarship. I say Louisville too.

Just curious how that differentiates her from almost every basketball family. If that were the case than everyone would play in state. Do you think Stewie or Samuelson’s families didn’t go to every high school basketball game?

It's not guaranteed they want to come to Tennessee though. Alasia is a Senior and is taking an official visit in October. Aislynn is a Sophomore, but took an official visit to Memphis this past weekend. Acasia is only a freshman.

Just because one goes to a school doesn't mean all of the sisters will want to go there i.e. KLS and Stanford.

Don't see where TN would have room for all three recruits.
The TN depth chart at G/W would look something like this by class for at least 2 full years.
PG: Hayes, Massengill, Cooke
SG: Westbrook, Green, Horston
Wing: Davis, Burrell, Jackson
Hayes, Westbrook, and Davis all played well enough as freshmen that they will be hard to displace this season & even harder by the time they are juniors.

Yes, that was reported on the Billikens men's message board today. SLU has a men's message board but not a women's. I could see her going to Mizzou before she goes to SLU.

O3.Edits seems to be the top choice among high school girls players for putting together these announcement tweets. Typically this is done when a recruit announces a list of top schools or a commitment. Here we have an example of a kid having a tweet created that announces her 25+ offers.

Maybe a shockwave in the sense that a lot of talented players aren't going to go to other schools. But McGuff is not an elite coach. That class would probably underachieve. It would be a a shockwave initalially, and probably fizz out by the time they are seniors. Kind of like the 2014 UCLA class.

2014 UCLA at least made 3 few sweet 16s, incl 1 E8 (7-3 record) for a program that came from nothing.
2014 OhioSt had recruits and high-quality transfers and 0 E8s (6-4).
