Big 10 is at 18. SEC is at 16. I don't see how the SEC has any reason to have any agreement with the Big 10. Whether it stays at 16 or wants to add 2, 4, 6, 8. I'm pretty sure the SEC can do whatever it wants without having to play patty cake with the Big 10.It's more efficient to have a gentleman's agreement about where expansion will or will not take place. That isn't to say that they're not competitors, they just may not see the need to be dumb about it.
