Key tweets, and it's all gone to Hell.

Best case it is an interim step, worst case it is a reconsideration of the whole athletic department minus hoops, hockey, soccer and field hockey, baseball, softball

I'm not ashamed to admit the prospect of even worse FB schedules would cause me to reconsider the allocation of time required to attend FB games in person.

This is a very important day for UConn athletics as a whole. We may end up somewhere better than the current AAC, but the clock will be ticking louder than ever.

The coach was on the staff pre-realignment and an internal hire. That is context. Hiring KO still doesn't support your argument.

Hiring a first time head coach who wins a National Title in year 2 doesn't matter? Oooookkkkkaayyyy...

Consultants BHV and Navigate have concluded their presentations and left the room. Big 12 presidents now talking amongst themselves.

And the moment of truth is here. Vote for maximum market reach and best future media deal - then vote for some combination with UConn or vote for best culture fit and smaller future revenues - vote other school.

So this is the part where they tell them UConn adds the most value and then they disregard it and add Houston.

Exactly, just like the schools.

Thank you, X, for participating in the process. We admit that your input meant nothing, but you helped to put on one heck of a show, and we appreciate that.

You performed admirably, representing your motherland well, and we'll be sure to keep your resume "on file" for future reference.

Be sure to have a good day now, and don't let the door...

Yep, saw where it started on twitter: kid says he was told by his boss to cut these out for a backdrop for "something big" tonight.

I doubt they would be using the logo if they didn't get consent. Probably them and either UH or BYU

So now we are at the point where the work-study print dude is breaking CR news?

Hey, leads for stories come from all different places.

Really though, it's totally plausible. Not saying I'm sold but the guy making the banner for the backdrop is just as likely to break something as anyone else.

Nothing against TCU student journalists -- but why would they know this before all of the other reporters trying to get the story. They have no sources, just saying it's a rumor. Maybe they are right. Or maybe they are wrong.

Nobody knows anything right now for certain right now.

Entering today, no decisions had been made. If they were, reps from the various schools would be in Dallas, which they are not.

We are being told that presentations are still being made, so if people are still presenting, it's also pretty likely no votes have been taken.

Reports could be coming out where people are getting leads on what the conversation says, but nobody knows anything at the moment.

Being reported that's is not the correct University of Cincinnati logo from the University of Cincinnati style guide that is normally used (secondary logo). This is.
