I think PC fans will have a much better experience (and, most importantly to me, so will UConn fans), if they just ignore the few people who feel the need to make a snide comment here and there, and instead engaged with those who want to actually have a discussion.

I do consider PC's board much less tolerant of UConn fans that this board is of you guys. I also know the hate for UConn on your board far outweighs the hate for PC on this board.
Matter of fact, it's not hate for PC over here, it's disrespect. Lets face it, if a team cannot make the big dance in 10 years playing in a conference like the Big East was, than disrespect naturally follows.

In theory it's not a horrible idea - but in reality it means you have three hijacked threads plus another where people are having the same argument. 4 threads are worse than three and you're never going to stop it in those other three. I would suggest that it all be taken to the cesspool and remain off the main board - but that isn't going to happen either. I'm pretty sure at this point, I could write a script that would just post the back and forth pissing match automatically and save the posters some time. Thinking you are going to change someones mind with a superlative argument or make them shutup with an amazing smack down shows the level of maturity and understanding of human interactions. If they have been having the same argument for 5 years running, creating a special place to have that argument isn't going to happen.

you can also tell everyone who wants to argue that they will be given their own thread and if they argue in other threads than they will be banned.

Yonick, as I have told you at least a dozen times, the fact that you continue to bring up the PC board and what is allowed and not allowed on each of them is beyond strange to me. I have said that I have no control over it, in any way. I have petitioned to get you back on there and you got dismissed again for something that I agree was minor based upon your explanation.

I'm sorry this happened to you because it obviously has hurt you somehow which has greatly impacted your ability to contribute anything else when a PC fan is involved. I called one of your posters an idiot. He is. Everyone knows this, that's why I'm still here.

I would love o talk about how butthurt Cuse fans may be if Joseph comes here or who PC and UConn may have as a backup plan, but I'm compelled to answer idiotic hate and jealousy sometimes (although a couple of posters have counseled me on the questionable intelligence of that behavior and they are right)

I'm in Homer and I have a bunch to bring home, many King Salmon and Halibut. Including a 175lb one. My biggest yet. This is a yearly trip so I have tried hard to catch one that big and finally accomplished it.

I love New England, mostly I'm sure because I no longer live there, but if any of you Huskies are considering a trip to Alaska just do it. I don't know any other way to say it.

Just to be clear, the Halibut was 175lb's. We had to shoot it to bring it on the boat (you know your having fun if you have to shoot your fish. The largest King I ever caught was 2 years ago and was 59lbs. This years were in the 20lb range +/- 5lbs.
