While anything in life is possible I just don't see how UCLA is the team she was hoping would offer her a scholarship. Why there? What would be the draw basketball wise?
It's very possible I am wrong about this but I think the decisions already made by her, and she's waiting for the right time to announce it.

I would bet she knew before she left the UConn campus, but as you suggest, she is just waiting for the appropriate moment to make that announcement. She may have given a verbal before she left the campus.
Not saying she did, just that she may have.

She only had 2 choices. She knew what UCLA had to offer. Based on what I've read here, and elsewhere, I think there's a better than 50-50 chance she comes to UConn. Now we're just waiting for the official announcement. What a class that would be. How's that for going out on a limb?
