Yes we did.did we already know that Jim Fuller has picked up the same discussion?
Wonder where he picked it up . . .

Geno can comment, can't comment, regardless - he's probably doing a rousing happy dance at this time! I mean seriously - Williams, ONO and Magbegor - I believe this trio will rival the class of Stewie, Moriah, and Morgan. I believe the 2018 trio has that much potential. I don't think one of them will be a 3x NPOY, but I think all have more potential than Tuck, and as a whole, will have a similar impact to that of the holy trinity...
did we already know that Jim Fuller has picked up the same discussion? At some point with this circulating in the media, I suppose someone will feel compelled to deny or confirm that a decision has already been made. Is there precedent for a "false leak" that the athlete or her family needs to respond to?

I know you'll be shocked by this, but having read today's posts I feel compelled to say:
Marv Albert was also reported to be fond of singing show tunes in special moments!
Word leaked out about Kia Nurse committment to UCONN, her father had to take to social media to deny that a decision had been made. The hangup was that some of the other coaches Indiana (?) had not been notified that Kia was not coming.did we already know that Jim Fuller has picked up the same discussion? Perhaps Geno is bringing back the dance he did after one of the National Championships... don't recall which one...I've seen it on various UConn videos...Geno can comment, can't comment, regardless - he's probably doing a rousing happy dance at this time! Not exactly woof:
I guess a player has an advantage if he can stand up in the pool.Check out the heights of the US men's national water polo team.

I’m warming up my happy dance, but thinking that definitive word could be weeks away. There are some compelling Australian articles that lead me to believe she is coming to UConn. To wit:
The reporter has been following the situation and has written 3 articles on it, listing UCLA in the 1st two.
The articles showed logical progression of the decision; scheduled trip to UCLA and UConn, a decision between staying in Australia and keep playing in WNBL or leaving.
Her former team signing more players to replace her and the statement by the writer she’s left (for UConn, not UCLA).
As @olddude and I bantered, I don’t think the Aussies are as aware of the nuanced rules governing this in the US and the frenzy it creates (mostly on this forum!) so it is not such a concern or need to be secretive. Their priority in reporting is replacing the roster spots, noting why/where this known player is going.
I choose to see the glass has more than half full! Yes, it could be wrong but my logic thinks it is correct. I am still doing my happy dance!
JMac had surgery and had to sit out as a transfer. She did not play. JMac was from New Zealand.Remind me... Did Jessica McCormick ever actually play a game at UCONN???? For some reason I think the answer is no... just sat as a transfer. Anyone? Ezi would be our first girl from Down Under to actually play... and I stress the work FIRST.....
If I am not mistaken the term "Down Under" also applies to Kiwi's As they are affectionately known as....JMac had surgery and had to sit out as a transfer. She did not play. JMac was from New Zealand.
I think so too. It’s as far below the equator as part of Australia. If I am not mistaken the term "Down Under" also applies to Kiwi's As they are affectionately known as....
I'll take that bet and raise...another shrimp on the barbie.I'll bet with ya on that.
Exactly. I can't believe this guy could even imagine the frenzy he has created here. I doubt if he has even flagged his USA e-mails on this so he can answer later (sometime next summer?). If someone from the BY could sit him down and explain the importance/urgency of this whole thing, he'd be going, "WHATTT??"From a Canberra perspective, the big news is who they signed. Secondary to that is who they lose. Tertiary (or lower) is where the departing player is going.
When the hell can we celebrate??????
