My fave brewery in CT is Tox Brewing in New London. They will soon explode into a larger space down the street. Today is my last visit to the comfy current space. Pictured, my last pour here. The Wolfsbane oatmeal stout. So good.

Wolfsbane is fantastic. Their Octoberfest was great too. The Warden is a former co-worker of one of the owners and we have been invited to a private soft-opening of the new spot on Bank Street. I'll take pics.

So, I'll be up in CT over the weekend and there's a good chance Saturday afternoon is free.
I'll be staying up around the Storrs area.
What breweries should I hit up or what are some good beers to try out I could find in stores?

Your list starts and ends with these two:
Fox Farm Brewery, Salem
Treehouse Farm & Fermentory, Woodstock

Treehouse Charlton isn't far from Storrs either. The Woodstock location evidently has terrible ciders. What beers do they have?

I know that you know that draft and cans are updated daily at treehousebrew.com, just like they are for all TH locations.

Never been to Woodstock. The only comments I got about it from a big, big beer guy (who works at Trillium) were that the ciders suck (too tart/sour). That was two weeks ago.

So I checked the page. Yes there's a limited draft beer list and an even more limited can list. They don't have much there. I expect it is because they can't sell what they brew in Charlton outside of Mass. I think Woodstock is limited to what they make on site.

Checked Google Maps. UConn to Treehouse Woodstock 34 minutes. UConn to Treehouse Charlton 35 minutes. So @Chin Diesel just go to Charlton. It's pretty epic.

I don’t drink ciders so I really don’t care. Really depends on what Chin wants. big crowds and the Disney experience? Charlton is the answer. If he wants a pour of one of TH’a flagship IPAs or a classic lager and an insanely beautiful setting where he can walk and take in majestic views, with zero crowds… Woodstock is the answer. I’m assuming he’s not borrowing a TH hand truck to ship cases back to Florida.

This is why I go to Sandwich, but that would be a haul for him.

Well, plans changed quickly and there was no getting to breweries.
However, I was able to get some Dogfish Head 120 IPA which is damn near impossible to find in Florida. So I'm taking four of them back with me.
But, I am currently at Two Roads at Bradley and that's not bad.
