Rick James? Atrocious decision.

Can we please get a WR who can separate themselves from the defense?

Competing with the Jets for costly TO's

That’s also just terrible coaching. He juggles almost every punt, and fumbled already, why is he still out there

.-.
Richie James should walk home
Well, he is being driven off on the cart. Injury? or just getting him off the field prior to another kickoff

Defense and tackling have been awful as well. And we just keep running it with Jones. Completely outcoached and outworked

And Daniel Jones has reverted back to the mean.

Hasn’t passed for over 250 yards in 16 games.

He never went above the mean of the league. Now he is a few standard deviations below.

If they offer him a contract extension, I hope it is on a running back's salary.

He got himself hurt had a good 10 yards then was wrapped up just fall down and give Jones a chance.

Again not on Jones with that play calling. And they have zero receivers getting open he’s throwing bullets just to complete passes with defenders draped on our guys. No one ever open.

Make the move for a play maker please.

Seattle is a house of horrors for even the top teams in the league being fully healthy, and against a tired Giants team coming off the win in Jacksonville, not a good combination. The lack of receivers is gonna catch up to us eventually, Slayton is good but is really a number 3 receiver.

At some point you have to come to reality and place some blame on Jones. He wasn’t very good today, missed 2 wide open deep throws. His deep ball accuracy has been consistently poor. The playcalling, Richie James, other factors doomed us, but Jones just wasnt very good also.

You don’t like him. You put a number on how good he is, 250 yards in how many games? Yet last week the offense did what they were supposed to do and he ran for 107. He wasn’t great today but he wasn’t at all the reason. Only “missed” throw was to 83 other than that no one else was open period. You’re a good Giants fan but you don’t like him that’s fine. But he’s been pretty damn good on an awful offensive team.

We’re 6-2 going the bye in a rebuilding year, we lost in Seattle not telling you how to feel it’s fine to be mad about this game. Let’s keep things in perspective.

Miss throw on a similar ball to Breida, both overthrows.

I never said he was the only reason. He just doesn’t really have the ability to win a game himself like good QBs must have

With today's offensive line and WR's I'm not sure a 28 year old Dan Marino could have gotten us more than maybe another TD.

We have a below average offensive line when everyone's healthy. With two starters out (and a defense that doesn't fear our WR's) we end up with what we saw today.

Most of our WRs should be on the practice squad. We have a rookie (Robinson) who will be a nice piece in time but is still learning the system and NFL and a young veteran (Slayton) who we spent all summer trying to trade away and on a good team is really a #3 or #4 receiver.

With our weapons in the passing game we shouldn't be trying a whole lot more than we have been if we want to try to win games.

Nobody wins by themself but he's certainly won them games this season. He leads the league with 5 game winning drives.

The only one I’m really mad at is Richie James, 1 turnover in Seattle is costly let alone 2.

He had a ton of clean pockets and time today. He just didn’t make the throws

So your one of those that was starving to see the Giants lose so you could go Jones bashing.

Here comes the Daniel Jones hunting with pitch forks for the next 2 weeks, there will be a section of Giants fans that will buy the medias propaganda. 6-2 with 5 game winning drives and wasn’t given a chance to get a drive at the end of the half or end of the game thanks to Richie James.

Breida wasn’t open that’s a huge stretch. No QB could win with this group of WRs please he is the furthest thing from the issue.

6-2 and he’s a big reason we are. Barkley is too and he wasn’t very good today either. But much like Jones you can’t blame him, they didn’t control the line. So much more to today’s disappointment than these 2.

Breida certainly was open.

Maybe I am a bit too hard on Jones, i’m just nearly certain he isn’t the QB of the future. But you also give him too much of a pass.

Personally I've always been of the belief that you shouldn't believe that a QB is a franchise QB or 'the guy' who could be the difference between a decent team and a legitimate playoff threat until he proves it. On that end, the jury is still out on Jones as there is no way he, or anyone else could have demonstrated much of anything with what he's had around him for the past three plus years.

One thing I don't want to see is the Giants reaching for a QB in the draft, hoping he turns into something. Too many teams have spent years, in some cases decades doing this, getting nowhere in that time (look at 75% of the league over the past couple of decades).

Another thing I don't want to see, if we do sign Jones for 2023 (and beyond) is a contract that lasts more than a couple of years and a cap hit that would leave any real dead money if and when we decide to move on. I've read estimates of what his current play should earn him (some claim $20 million per, others $25 million per) and my first reaction is we should then let him walk. I don't want to see a cap hit higher than maybe (and this is still maybe) $15 million and I want to be able to get out of it in two years with almost no dead money.

I would really like the chance to see what he could do with a competent (across the board) offensive line and actual weapons at receiver. I don't think that could happen here as too much time was wasted by horrible management prior to this season. All we can do is enjoy what the remainder of this season gives us as it's already been far better than what we should have reasonably expected.
