2019/20 UConn Recruiting

Looks like Boston is down to four.

it's really down to two but everybody knew that.............Boston has her friendships with ND bound Jordan Nixon and Sam Brunelle yet knows that she will most likely be an immediate starter for the best coach and most prestigious team in WBB...................that's a tough choice for a teenager.........

Either interesting or terrifying. Haven't decided yet.

And it's not just Fudd's comment. Haley Jones as well.
 
In fact, that Boston message has responses from Brunelle, Bueckers, Jones, Fudd, and Van Lith so far.

Fudd posts some emoticons, then a second message saying "But let's be real, we already know where the starting 5 is going."

Jones chimes in directing her message to Fudd, "package deal for the 5 of us??"

Boston responds to that in a message to Jones and Fudd, "I'm down."

And then Fudd messages to Jones, Bueckers, and Boston, "we all know Belarus wasn’t our last time playing together."

Those comments are about the most provocative I've ever read considering from whom they come. This should generate some speculation. :eek:

It's like saying "I see you" or "I have my eyes on you."

Doesn't mean anything specific, just friendly banter.
 
The good news is only UConn fits the criteria of the starting five all going to the same school.

If one takes the comments seriously and literally, rarely a good idea on social media.

As much as I hope it means UConn it would be really funny if it was all just a big goof. I have a hard time believing any of them have really decided.
 
I did not watch the recent tournament but did Horston start too?! I don’t remember she had ND in her finalist of schools.

The comments on instagram are probably just some trolling from the Azzi, Jones, etc...however signing period needs to come quickly, I don’t think I can take this any longer
 
Is she 2020 or 2021? Feel free to move to 21 if so.

Horston was a starter and does not have Notre Dame among her finalists.

Actually, UConn might be one of two schools in on all five starters. I just assume Louisville is.

I think it is Fudd just having a laugh and the others playing along. But many a true word is said in jest.

I believe South Carolina is a finalist for Boston, Horston, and Jones too.

The tweet for Marshall’s top 10 won’t show up. She is a 6’5” 2020. What were the 10?

I'm not aware that Jones has announced a final list. Her last list included 10 schools, I believe, and the expectation is she'll soon cut that list to a final 5. South Carolina may be on it (she's not going there) but it's not out yet.

As I said to MilfordHusky last night, it's kids having fun while driving certain adults crazy. I suspect, however, that some of these U17 kids will end up at the same school.
 
We know Boston has visited UConn unofficially several times but do we know if she has visited the other 3 schools?
