That happened in August each time.

There were no high-major caliber players available then, much less juniors who averaged 16 and 5 on a #5 seed the previous year.
next you're going to tell me that most teams don't fill their walk-on slots with all conference caliber players.

Why do top Connecticut recruits hate UCONN?

Hopefully we end this trend with the 2019 class...

Should be interesting.

I cant imagine Heron making a decision until the smoke clears tomorrow. Looks like St Johns will lose Ponds.
Does he want to play on the better team with the better coach? I'm sure he's just watching the dominoes right now regardless of the scuttlebutt.

Could have something to do with our former coach and a combined 30-35 record the past two seasons in the 7th best conference.

St Johns has Mullin and is a combined 30-36 the past 2 seasons. Pretty sure LSU and Providence also sucked before Waters and Dunn arrived on campus.

It must be a conference thing.

Western Kentucky is in on everybody.
Western Kentucky and Kansas State essentially offer every top 200 player and every major transfer. Not sure what the strategy is. Maybe it's just a marketing ploy?
