How is it?
I have tried to be Dude of CT and the flug of New England. Just doesn’t work.Y'all can't be new to the Flug, come on, really?!?! What he delivered in that 4 min video he often hides inside a 2.5 hr video. This was ultra concise by any measure of Flug.
At one point there was a Fish of West VirginiaI have tried to be Dude of CT and the flug of New England. Just doesn’t work.

Great taste or a little Easter egg. I wonder if he knows what he's doing lol

Fool me 98 times, shame on you.You guys trying to pull me back in?![]()
This was personally the worst thing about the Colorado loss to me. I hope it doesn't hurt our B12 bid"Hey guys, you know, Jim Mora has them Huskies lookin' pretty darn good this year."
"Yeah, but that basketball team! No way!"

As soon as I saw a post was made to this thread, I knew this was going to be the gist of it."Hey guys, you know, Jim Mora has them Huskies lookin' pretty darn good this year."

You joke. Basketball takes a dive and they'll print the excuses but that's not a now problem"Hey guys, you know, Jim Mora has them Huskies lookin' pretty darn good this year."

I never understand this argument. We played Colorado and lost. Should we have scheduled Colorado earlier? I would understand the point if we played, say, UNC and lost a close game. You joke. Basketball takes a dive and they'll print the excuses but that's not a now problem
That being said, uconn got what they deserved for cream puff scheduling. I was on one rating website and uconn had the 362nd worst schedule going into that game. I get you want home revenue that's shameful and men's basketball got what they deserved.
Now get better and cream Gonzaga for me. Seeing the alma mater get whipped by almost 70 is awful
I learned more about this team over the last 2 games than in the first 4. 35 point wins over cupcakes tells you nothing. It's about seeing how your team responds and where the cracks in the foundation are.I never understand this argument. We played Colorado and lost. Should we have scheduled Colorado earlier? But we just lost to Colorado. We played Memphis last night, and that didn't help us against Colorado.
I really don't think the cupcake schedule is the problem...if we played better teams in the first four...it just means we would have lost earlier and more quickly learned that our bigs consistently get in foul trouble, we struggle when karaban is 1-8 from the field, and our smaller backcourt cannot guard or rebound like the last two yearsYou joke. I saw the writing on the wall several weeks ago. When Mahaney didn’t pan out right away, Karaban didn’t play like the 1st team AA people thought he would, and Samson Johnson was sitting several spots down the bench, myself and many others thought there might be some surprises. The cupcake schedule hasn’t helped either. The good news I see is next year’s freshman class, with Reibe, Mullins, and Adams, arriving along with Furphy. Hurley hasn’t helped matters either with his assistants constantly having to chain him to the bench. I pray that McNeeley stays one more year but that’s about as likely as UConn getting a Big 12 invite. You can start taking your shots now.I learned more about this team over the last 2 games than in the first 4. 35 point wins over cupcakes tells you nothing. Why would you think playing Memphis 1 night earlier would help today? I assume you're making some kind of point, but it's a silly thought process.
Perception matters. Does one or two games make a difference? Probably not. The issue for UConn over that past few years is perception. The debate about blue blood status, lack of consistency year in and year out, are issues that have been mentioned in "grading" UConn and in conference realignment. So your statement may indeed ring true.I saw the writing on the wall several weeks ago.
