It really is. I saw the 100% Crystal Ball on 247 and I was pumped but didn't want to jinx it by mentioning it here or on Storrs Central. After he mentioned Zanetto, uh-oh, now I am not feeling as good as I did before.

Look, I don't hate Zanetto and I am not going to knock his hustle, but his credibility took a big hit with the "UConn to Big 12 is imminent" statement.

For reference, Newton was 34% his last year at ECU and never dropped below 27%. RJ Cole was the same at Howard and for his career. Diarra was at 35% this year.

Mahaney was at like 14% for St Mary’s and 19% for us this year.

We’ll have a lot of mouths to feed in next years offense and could use a guy who is a table setter moreso than someone who will be competing with them for shots.

I listened to parts of a couple of his shows and he had two different guests on who were both really good and knowledgeable so I assumed Zanetto got better.

I listened to parts of two more shows since then where it's just Zanetto and it was really bad. He says which guys are leaving the program in one show and then the next show he spends the whole time talking about how his source may not know anything and he may need to get rid of his source because it's the same person who told him the Big 12 invite is imminent. He's even showing the text message his source sent him as proof. The rest of the time he's bringing up player names from the past and players on other teams but he can't actually remember their names. He's misprouncing Silas Demary Jr's name and he's coughing the entire time.

The Big 12 leak thing was a set up to throw a wrench in the whole thing. Idk how he is so clueless that he still doesn't realize it
