“As soon as I graduate I’m leaving Connecticut,” but they always stay. So true.
Not sure if y'all know, but the thing "the youths" have been doing on Twitter is listing "cults" in their states.
Anyway, thought this was mostly spot on
I grew up in central MA between Worcester and Framingham. They were referred to as "grinders" for as long as I can remember. Just saying that the term is not exclusive to the Constitution State.
Moot. I've lived EOTR since I moved down here (part time for college in Storrs, Manchester, and East Hampton).
Here's another Connecticut cult: Those who recognize the State's deep divide in wanting to be included in two distinct geographic regions that neither region truly wants to include Connecticut.
I was in North Carolina years ago and asked someone where I could get a grinder. I drove ten miles to find out they sent me to a hardware store.

Where were all the whale fans when, you know, there was actually a team to be a fan of?

I was born in Tampa. I always found it funny that the farther north you go in Florida, the farther south you got.

I know it’s in Massachusetts but calling Six Flags, “Riverside”.
