Who had the amazing idea of moving the Champions Classic from Chicago to Atlanta? The building is empty.

Well bad news, Rothstein tweeted it got renewed for another 3 years today. He did suggest to the organizers they add a 3rd game with us in it.
The winner of the "champions classic" gets rewarded by playing UConn. If UConn 3 peats, we are talking dynasty. Makes very good sense then.

Still expect KU to out-talent Michigan State, but if they're competitive it bodes well for us potentially getting a good game from them in Maui, provided of course we both win our first games there (or both lose...).

Michigan State isn’t playing well. Kansas is just very unimpressive

Interesting. I'm not watching, just saw the close score. Just shows maybe this is another 2023-type season where there isn't a top tier clear of everyone else. Probably still early to make a statement like that, but we all know how UConn does in years with a bit more chaos.

If they can win it’d still be good for our NET and another possible top 25 win

Is there a team in the country that you are impressed with besides UConn?

All these "_____ is not impressive" posts are a bit silly when these teams are playing P5 schools and we've played Sacred Heart and New Hampshire.
Gonzaga. Auburns looked good too. Interested to see how Duke looks against UK tonight they could join my impressed list.

Haven’t said I’m impressed with UConn yet. We’ve played nobody.

It not a national championship but should we let one of those teams win some sort of championship.

This Kansas/Michigan St game is really making me appreciate our 3 point shooting. Some of the shots that have been put up in this game have been UGLY

Michigan State’s inability to shoot the 3 with any competency has made this consistent 5-7 point Kansas lead feel more like a 12-15 point lead

Man but Kansas is like Duke every marginal call goes their way. But when will Izzo understand that you need to shooters to win CBB games at the highest level. Maybe he won’t and will fade into retirement.

I’m old enough to remember when Syracuse was a peer. Holy crap did the ACC destroy that program.

Has the ACC destroyed them or did they destroy themselves for leaving the Big East? If you ask me, it's karma for them and BC blocking UConn from joining the ACC. I have little to no sympathy for either of those two programs.

Dook and UK on now. Two programs that I always root against. I'm conflicted...well not really. I can never root for Dook.
