The best time of the year is here! Starting a thread for chatter about other games for the month, like we had last year.

Any games anyone is particularly excited for this week?

Obviously against Sacred Heart this Wednesday, but if you are talking about non-UConn games, I would say tonight for the Big East whip around coverage.

FYI, Sacred Heart plays against Temple tonight. That means their game against UConn will be the 2nd game in 3 nights.

Baylor vs Gonzaga is a great one and surprising a big OOC game is scheduled so early and being the first game those two teams play for the season.

Rip's cousin Robert Hinton is a freshman on Harvard and he's playing very well in his first half.

Playing Temple tough through the first.

Watching this Purdue game and man do they flop. And they sell it well.

Edit: Texas AM CC down 5 with 6 to go. Solid game for them.

Anyone watching the Maine-Duke game? Maine is playing the Dookies pretty tough. Making some nice shots and playing pretty disciplined. But they're still down 11.

Cooper Flagg is pretty good. He's just going to have to learn how to be more aggressive. But this is just his 1st game so I can easily understand why he's not there yet.

This Big East Tip Off whip around style coverage on FS1 right now is pretty cool.

Halftime:
LeMoyne 41, Syracuse 36
CCSU 26, Prov 24

Only St. John's hasn't struggled tonight so far in the Big East.

gonzaga looks better this year. They actually have some good depth.
Feels like Ike is their 8th best player.

Nembhard
Battle
Stromer
Gregg
Ajayi
Huff
Hickman
Ike

Probably a good sign.

Gonzaga's up 40, but VJ Edgecome just absolutely baptized Mark Few's son.

I would LOVE to know what was going through his head when he decided to try to jump with VJ Edgecombe lmaooooo

I'm currently laughing at Syracuse this is good entertainment.
Even more crazy that Le Moyne didn't even dress Darrick Jones Jr., their fifth-year senior who finished last season as the most efficient offensive player in the NEC.

I believe Le Moyne had 3 starters out. They played some DII team with 3 staters out in the last game and would have been in a real game for the first half if that team could make 30% of wide open 3's. Cuse coach is bad, but their board can't figure that out.

Dauster, no sh|t schools will copy UConn’s successes in the repeat championship run. Clearly, a thermodynamic nanotech engineer.
