Ohio State, the entire Midwest really, is definitely on an upswing in talent. Will be interesting to see if programs like Michigan and Ohio State can take advantage of this. 2019 is a special class for the state of Ohio.

Good call. If you look at the HG and PN charts, Ohio is well-populated, but as you said talent is percolating throughout the entire Midwest. Also expect to see how Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin do (Indiana also has two transfers -- Ali Patberg from ND and Brenna Wise from Pitt ready to roll in 2019). And next-level talent is available for teams like Ball State, Miami of Ohio (who is having an excellent class thus far) and other teams. Fun to watch.

as long as all the great talent isn't coming from Texas..........those TX schools haven't had to leave the state to recruit for years...........about time they earned some frequent flyer miles like the rest of the schools

Danielle Cosgrove, committed member of ND's Class of 2018, just collected her 1500 point for her Sachem East (Long Island, N.Y.) High School Team. Not great competition, but the highlights show her essentials. For a 6'4' post, she's certainly not shy about taking a 3. However, what I like most is ability to take those sweeping 3/4 hooks from both the left and right side. Very similar (on the right) to ND's Jessica Shepard, who Danielle can work with next year at ND. The other three members of that class are point guard Jordan Nixon from NYC, combo guard Katlyn Gilbert from Indianapolis and wing Abby Prohaska from southern Ohio.

Look, it's natural to want to emulate your big sister, but I think taking a shot to eye to be like her is a bit much.

28 Rebounds in one game? Geesh, going up for that many loose balls in the air, chances are you could injure yourself  . Nice to see she's decked out in appropriate gear. BTW, besides the black eye, it's amazing how much she looks like big sister, Kat.

The Ohio State needs to get serious about recruiting, right now they have 6 scholarship players for 2018-19.
