2. Being fired for cause absolutely hinders his chances of getting a job somewhere else.
3. Perhaps I forgot seeing somewhere that there was a settlement on the table. I'm certainly not taking Chief "I'm-hanging-out-with-Dre-right-now-even-though-there's-photo-evidence-he's-thousands-of-miles-away" 00's word. Even then, if I've forgotten it, he'd be leaving more money on the table than some people make in a lifetime and he'd still have been fired for cause, so it would hinder his employment opportunities. That's why part of the lawsuit is defamation.
