Jim Phillips agrees with Brett.
Don't we want to be a little monkey? Are we a tiny monkey? In other words, SEC and B1G told the little monkeys to get in line or have their heads cut off.

Lucy and rule number 1 be damned, I say.
lol if he did what was best for the Big12 and voted against the Sec and Big. There wouldn’t be a Big12 allowed in the playoff.
I don't buy that. The Big 12 and ACC could have showed some backbone and the G6 probably would have followed. This makes the ACC and Big 12 more like G conferences. Let the P2 split off already.lol if he did what was best for the Big12 and voted against the Sec and Big. There wouldn’t be a Big12 allowed in the playoff.

Big 12 Distributes $558 Million To Member Schools
The Big 12 Conference announced its distribution for the 2024-25 academic year. It was a record amount again for the league.kslsports.com
NJSU is the rich kid who not only does zero with his head start, but manages to blow every opportunity handed to him, other than the associates degree he purchased from the nearby community college. found this courtesy of an orange rutgers dumpster fire threadHow the heck can Rutgers be running up a $70 million deficits if they make $61.5 million in conference distributions annually? Note that that $70 million deficit is after an annual school contribution of $28.6 million. So somehow their athletic program is $98.6 million in the hole, after getting $61.5 million a year in conference distributions alone, never mind, ticket, sales, sale of merchandising, rights, etc.
