Keep in mind that the entire purpose of the ACC grant of rights was to deliberately make the exit scenarios draconian so no one would leave early, which makes FSU's position so disingenuous. That said, it's not impossible that they find a friendly judge in Florida to give them a hometown ruling. Another possible approach would see the FL legislature attempt to nullify the grant of rights.

Also, the ACC went against the conference bylaws in signing this contract with ESPN. According to conference bylaws, each school must vote to extend the ESPN agreement. That is a legal loophole right there. The schools did not vote on this. ACC conference bylaws were broken in this contract.
