Not certain we can say the PAC stays intact yet.

It's assumed at this point that Oregon and Washington and maybe even Stanford will eventually be in the B1G, maybe even soon. Given that, the B12 is likely to be more stable going forward, at least that is the prevailing thought.

Big 12 is much more stable than the ACC or the PAC 12. Both those leagues have their marquee teams searching for a way out.

The question is which is more valuable:
UConn and one Arizona school or
two Arizona schools.

I think UConn and one Arizona school is more valuable.

There are of course other possibilities, but if it comes down to the choices I listed above I like UConn's chances.

Yormark has been very open about the possibility of adding even more teams to the Big 12 after Texas and Oklahoma depart for the SEC.

There are so many changes right now. … When you see the impact that UCLA, USC, Oklahoma and Texas have on the total landscape of college athletics, the domino effect is amazing. With the Big12 having a fair amount of their games scheduled to be televised on Thursday and Friday nights, this is going to put the PAC 12 in a huge bind during their media rights negotiation. Between the B1G, SEC, ACC, and Big12 grabbing all the prime slots over linear and over the air television, there simply isn’t that many timeslots available for the Pac 12. Who knows, maybe they’ll be innovators going direct to consumer or full streaming for their sports Content?

The game is rigged. The media cartel has every angle covered. They control times and content down to a science.
 
I would assume the big east is in negotiations at this time with fox and cbs on a new media deal
