I just hope we don't step in it.Big 12 Commissioner tweet:

Not certain we can say the PAC stays intact yet.A potentially significant day for UConn. SDSU is no longer a possible competitor for a Big 12 spot. And the PAC 12 remains intact, at least for now.
Big East Thursday and Friday night football was a smashing success for exposure.Thursday and Friday night games provide good exposure to up and comers
They just had their guts ripped out. Prestige isn't on the radar at this point.I do worry about the stability of the Big 12 were we to go there if the Pac 12 recovers its footing, financially and prestige wise
Both conferences had just had their guts ripped out. They just had their guts ripped out. Prestige isn't on the radar at this point.

The Big 12 announcement happened 2 years ago and new teams are coming in already. But the legal definition of "just" is up for various motions and expert witnesses may be called. Both conferences had just had their guts ripped out.
It's assumed at this point that Oregon and Washington and maybe even Stanford will eventually be in the B1G, maybe even soon. Given that, the B12 is likely to be more stable going forward, at least that is the prevailing thought.
Big 12 is much more stable than the ACC or the PAC 12. Both those leagues have their marquee teams searching for a way out.The Big 12 announcement happened 2 years ago and new teams are coming in already. The question is which is more valuable:UA and ASU are seperate markets. Tucson and Phoenix. Also, the rivalry is great and keeping them together adds value.
But we should be ahead of Utah by any metric.
Pfft, Texas only has about 25% as many FBS schools per square mile as the Land of Steady Habits. (I think, but clearly could be off the mark)Damn. 13 FBS schools in one state.
You create 6 more accounts. What a train wreck he's been. What happens if there’s a key tweet, but nobody can see it because “rate limit exceeded”?
Thanks Elon.

The game is rigged. The media cartel has every angle covered. They control times and content down to a science. With the Big12 having a fair amount of their games scheduled to be televised on Thursday and Friday nights, this is going to put the PAC 12 in a huge bind during their media rights negotiation. Between the B1G, SEC, ACC, and Big12 grabbing all the prime slots over linear and over the air television, there simply isn’t that many timeslots available for the Pac 12. Who knows, maybe they’ll be innovators going direct to consumer or full streaming for their sports Content?
If they are, the networks will be wondering about UConn and if they are staying in the Big East.I would assume the big east is in negotiations at this time with fox and cbs on a new media deal
And the answer is, “hopefully not!”If they are, the networks will be wondering about UConn and if they are staying in the Big East.
