Why is it this guy has all these contacts feeding him info yet ESPN has been quiet all this time? I guess ESPN has no contacts to any of these conferences right?

I think this guy is from Iran and his goal is to distract everyone while they build their nuclear arsenal. Either that or a made for TV movie is being written for Lifetime.

Seriusly, MHver3 but not ESPN?

SMU and Houston over Nevada and New Mexico would be so mind bogglingly stupid that only the the Big East could do it. I also contrast MHver3 with Frank the Tank, who admitted that his guess was a guess.

I don't see why they would take Nevada or New Mexico--under any circumstances--unless they viewed the states their schools are in as pieces of a US puzzle. And they didn't like that California didn't touch Utah.

Otherwise...they might as well wait to see what happens to the B12. And if it never blows up: stay at 12.

@TDooch: ACC, please do not vote Uconn into our prestigious conference. They only bring scandal and a really poor academic index.

To say MHver3 jumped the shark today is to do an injustice to Fonzi. Fonzi just jumped a shark on water skis while wearing a leather jacket. Ridiculous, but understandable in the context of Happy Days. Words don't describe what MHver3 did today.

MHver3 MHver3 St Johns and GT Introduced a vote to dissolve the BigEast today. They were 2 votes short of the 2/3 needed. 3 schools were no shows. MHver3 ‏ @ MHver3 Depaul and Marquette only non-fb to vote no.

I can't speak for anyone else repeating his tweets, but I, for one, do not have any faith in him, his sources, or his info. I post them here just because they're so far-fetched I think the BY will get a kick out of them.

I have to say, as much as this has driven me close to the ledge I will miss all of this insanity when it ends. Let's just hope it ends with us in a new conference NOT named the Big East. Wait...make that a conference not including UH, SMU, or Memphis (who knows what they'll name the NNNNNBE). I feel like I've spent more time with all of you than I have with my wife....wait...I probably have....which might explain a lot.....
