A lot of coaches are going to scream when Azzi commits somewhere.
It's like the mechanics in a good golf swing. When they are correct it looks effortless.

Her decision to attend UConn was quick, but calculated. She made visits to California and UCLA, but considered UConn her “dream school.” A trip to Storrs earlier this season only reinforced her desire to play for Geno Auriemma.

“She really loved the culture,” John said. “She got a real taste. They did a good job of showing her how they do it up there. She got to meet some of the kids. They were all great kids — warm and welcoming. What you see is what you get. She said, ‘It’s a perfect fit, dad.’ When you know, you know.”

The SoCal prospect is off to a strong start this season, averaging 19.4 points, 11.9 rebounds and 3.1 assists.

“We’re scratching the surface of what she’s trying to accomplish,” John said. “This is just climbing the ladder, if you will.”


 
Darn it. With Isuneh Brady committing for the 22 season now I have to renew my cable for another six years. Geno, have mercy.
