Holy black eye, batman!

She was cutting across the lane and CG was backing into the lane arms out and BAM! BTW... How much money do I win for calling Lou's black eye?

.-.
She met the business end of Caron-Goudreau’s elbow, but it wasn’t a foul because CG wasn’t swinging the arm or initiating contact really.

Apparently she managed to walk/run into the elbow or forearm. She has the knack. Gonna be a beaut tomorrow.

Katie Lou is amazing. She is abused every game and seldom has the calls go in her favor. That was a foul at the end of the first no question about it. Should it have been a call when she was hit in the face..... some say no.... many say yes..... Katie Lou is the DT, Maya, Tina, Stewie, KML of the team. She has to play through everything and never expect to get a call.

UConn has already updated the roster

After watching the replay I think it was the other way around

But the ESPN crew watched it again in slo-mo and determined that Lou ran into the kid's elbow. "No harm, no foul".

They were mistaken.
Replay shown during the game was from behind the basket, not over mid court as the one posted here. From behind the basket, it looked like the elbow was out there already and Lou didn't see it, but walked right into it. From this angle, it looks like the elbow went swinging back...whether she knew Lou was there or not is up for speculation.

Wow! From that angle, it sure looks like a foul. I am not faulting the refs (don’t know how they see half of what’s going on). But Lou was sliding over, and whoever on TX stepped down into the lane to cut off penetration, arm moving back. What a shot. Don’t know the rules enough to know whether it is incidental contact.
