I think Tarris' passing has actually been really good. He is seeing the floor much better from the post as soon as he gets the ball and finding the open man. His 2.3 assists for a center is good, but his passing out of the post from double teams has the defense scrambling and rotating and lead to open 3 pointers which Tarris won't necessarily get the assist for. I don't think he is a low basketball IQ player like a lot of people on the BoneYard are saying.I know we all want to pile on Reed, but one positive, his passing is much better. He made a couple of passes in the first half that would have been easy turnovers off his leg a few games ago
His biggest issue, IMO, is being in better floor position on defense, especially on the off ball screens and PnRs and avoiding bad fouls. His foul trouble fuu cc kks up the flow for his game and it's tougher for him to get into rhythm.
