She was kept out yesterday by an upper body injury. Dawn said in post game that she doesn't see the injury keeping her out of the SECT.Questions for the Gamecock fans in the know. What's the status of Cordosa ? I know she has an injury but is it a long term injury or something else ?
Pretty sure she's ok. Dawn said as much without saying for sure.Questions for the Gamecock fans in the know. What's the status of Cordosa ? I know she has an injury but is it a long term injury or something else ?

There is no way Uconn is the weakest three Seed. Is this how it works..the weakest 2,3,4 seeds are in our bracket ?Looks like they are predicting Connecticut in Greensboro:

Per volfans...naw. After they beat SC in the SEC tourney...they'll be a 2 seed.I have a feeling that UConn will be bumped up to a 2-seed by tournament time (probably replacing Iowa State or Michigan). I'm not sure how that will affect the placement, if so, but I have a feeling the placement of the 2-3 seeds in the Greensboro region could be vastly different when the regions are revealed.
The strongest 1 and 3 seed, and the weakest 2 and 4 are the way that is set up.There is no way Uconn is the weakest three Seed. Is this how it works..the weakest 2,3,4 seeds are in our bracket ?

I would have. You work your butt off to get to #1, then people think your job's too easy. Kind of like saying Aliyah shouldn't be POY because she is surrounded by All-Americans. Isn't coaching a combination of recruiting, development, managing the roster and X&O's? Nobody did that better than Dawn. I rest my case.I get Fawn as COY, but would not have been upset if one of the newcomers got it

And she has her team 27-1 against the toughest schedule in the country. Everyone is casually glossing over that fact.I would have. Technically we have the second toughest schedule. And she has her team 27-1 against the toughest schedule in the country. Everyone is casually glossing over that fact.

Welcome to our world. Soon, sportswriters will be talking about how you’re bad for basketballYep. Before the season started:
"How is Dawn going to give minutes to all those players?? I bet several will transfer. The lockerroom will be terrible all season long with unhappy former McDs. It's going to be a huge headache all season long...."
Now:
"Dawn shouldn't get the COY and Boston shouldn't get POY because of all that talent on the roster all season...."
It's like they are trying so hard, searching for something.......

And how weak the SEC ended up being, IMO.
LSU and UF finishing so high is not a sign of strength.

Ole Miss played well this season. Shakria Austin is NICE!! The handles, the footwork, and the speed. She is going to be a handful at the pro level. Of course it depends on the team that she goes to and the coaching style. But she is, like you said, a beast! Coach Yo is putting a nice product together at Ole Miss.“It’s hard to beat a good team three times in one season’l
Let’s remember that maxim from our days in the old ACC tournament.
Is Old Miss a good team, well they played us tough til the 4th quarter of our last game. (Austin was a beast.) I expect the same this time because our gals are gonna have much fresher legs in the fourth quarter. Nevertheless, this is a huge opportunity and the motivation factor is definitely on the Rebels’ side.
In the big picture it doesn’t matter if we win or lose. Focus gals. Focus!
Go Gamecocks!
