Interesting. Especially the note about Prosper, if Laflin is getting accurate information.

I think he is correct about del Rosario not being in the mix anymore. Rumblings that she is LSU bound and the only likes she has from media day are two tweets about LSU. I would love Cassandre Prosper. She impressed me at UA game.

Yup i heard ADR is no longer on the board :( LSU must have some hell of a pitch and i guess folks were right after all about ADR and Velez being a packaged deal . They just packaged themselves to the wrong schools predicted LOL

I've been fortunate to see her progression since I live in Canada and follow the OSBA league she plays in. A lot of fun to watch.

This tweet along with Laflin's comments on her apparently having an official visit with Arizona are the clear first indications of teams other than Notre Dame that I've seen online. Will be interesting to see if she does an official announcement or keep it low key like her recruiting process.

If we are recruiting Prosper I think it’s a either/ or situation between her and Kitts. We know Chloe has visited but I would be estatic with either!

Sucks to hear about Del Rosario but we have Watkins and Cardoso downlow so I’m not worried. Thomas, Koval, and Tac are all very good post players in the next cycle so not the end of the world.

Katrina McClain PF POY award out and I knew Victaria or LA would be on the list but I’m personally not surprised to see Feagin. I know fans of other teams will gripe about that but she’s about to put on a show this year for those that’s not aware. She’s highly skilled for her size.

Looks terrific in the uni.

Still can’t take seriously her coming here her being from Southern California, signed to Nike, and already appearing in one of their ads with Lebron and Bronny James, and Jason Mamoa.

My mind will be blown if she here. Would be a major coup to say the least by Dawn.

Dan Olson, formerly of ESPNW Hoopgurlz, talking about Cassandre Prosper’s game in article from a Notre Dame Rivals article about Blanca Thomas and other Irish targets.

Prosper is a 6-2 forward from Quebec, Canada, who plays her high school ball at Cairine Wilson Secondary School near Ottawa, Ontario. She’s the top-ranked prospect in Canada and No. 16 in North America per ESPNw.

The high school season has already started in Canada, and Ivey recently went north of the border to take in one of Prosper’s games.

“She’s got a small forward game,” Olson said. “She can shoot the 3. She can beat you off the dribble into the lane. She can jump over you. She’s a special player.

“If she were in the United States, I don’t think she’d be out of the top 5 in that class. She’s not as aggressive in going to the basket or on the glass, but she’s still pretty impressive. She may be 6-2, 6-3, but she plays like she’s 6-4, 6-5."

The coaches and players seem to get wide-eyed when talking about Watkins. It's making me really excited to see her play. I get the impression that her skill set is a hybrid of Saxton's and mad Kiki's.

I'm also wondering if coach is experimenting with big lineups. With the news that Cardoso has completely changed her game and the fact that Saxton is practicing the 3, I could see CDS experimenting with a big lineup of Amihere (1), Hall (2), Saxton (3), Boston (4), and Cardoso (5). Nobody under 6 feet on the floor! That group could be a defensive and rebounding nightmare to almost every team on the schedule. The crazy thing is that we also have Beal, Feagin, and Watkins sitting on the bench with that lineup. We could maintain a variation of that lineup by subbing in any of those players!

I wanna see a "Baby Garnet" lineup of:

Feagin
Watkins
Raven
Hall
Cooper

I wanna see this lineup the entire 4th quarter of EVERY game we play this season. Self-edit. Every game except Clemson. I wanna' see a certain "home girl" player replace Hall for the entire 4th quarter in that game.:D

Yes she is. She has transformed her body and has worked tirelessly on her outside shot. SC fans already know she’s a rebounding machine and has great touch around the basket. TBH, we need a great PG and another guard in next year’s class and we will be in great shape. We just have so many bigs that are very skilled.Dawn raved about how much Feagin and Cardoso had transformed their games. Watkins is just a beast. Not sure what to expect from Amihere because she was gone all summer on a mission trip, her brother’s sudden death and then FIBA BB, but Dawn has used her in different spots the past 2 years. She could show up playing anywhere. Add in Boston and V and our front court is just insane.

You know what happens when Chickens get greedy? According to Google:

Are chickens greedy?

Chickens are well known for being very greedy and will even beg for treats. Use caution though when offering treats. Too many means less room to eat the balanced layers feed which helps them lay eggs and replaces used energy. Furthermore, too many treats can lead to obesity, weak shelled eggs and being egg-bound.

You ever heard of DMX??

Are you the same poster that warned all our birdies were going to fall out the nest? On another note I was watching the GA PC at the SEC media day and she said she didn’t know another team in the country that had as many post players as them. I thought “hmmm…wait til you start looking at the tape from SC and Tenn. “. Just thought that was interesting.

Lol Triad. I always love your sense of humor, as it’s great for this kind of setting.
AlsO, I know this response relates to the Gamecocks, but I’m wishing them, your team, my team, amongst others, a great season. But you know I’m wishing my team the best season!

Stay safe, stay healthy everyone!

Kitts’ and Fulwiley’s IG stories with content of them on their Louisville OV together. They are shown in the presence of rap artist, and Louisville native, Jack Harlow, one of today’s pop music’s popular acts.

Ranking the top 15 women's basketball recruiting classes before national signing day

As of now, with 4 chicks running around the barnyard but not in the nest.

9. South Carolina Gamecocks

Highest-ranked commit: G Tessa Johnson (No. 25)

National champion South Carolina and coach Dawn Staley seem primed for another top-10 class after finishing first in 2021 and sixth in 2022. The Gamecocks landed two recruits in October. With a lethal pull-up jumper, crafty finishing skills and a knock-down shot from deep, Tessa Johnson is a smooth guard who can score from all levels. She is incredibly poised and does not allow the opponent to speed her up. No. 40 Sahnya Jah is an active forward with immense potential. She uses her length and agility to get to rebounds and block shots. She is good in the face-up game from the trail position, as well as the high- and mid-post areas.

How's Raven Johnson's recovery coming along? Is she expected to start right away?

Dawn said at SEC Media Day we aren’t fully healthy right now, especially at PG. Raven plays most of practice but they’re going to bring her along slowly. Kierra hasn’t been able to practice consistently so she’ll have to be worked in slowly as well. So for the time being Zia has been getting a lot of reps at PG. I think all 3 and a little of Amihere will play point this year. Dawn said she doesn’t have staters because they aren’t fully healthy so she can’t really evaluate them right now.
