10 dollars for this game or no? Ugh.
Stanford beat them by almost 40 so don't expect a very competitive game. It will be likely be on YouTube tonight if you don't want to pay.

Feagin and Cardoso yet to enter the game.

Neither played.

?
I found it odd too. My initial thought is that Dawn was trying to establish cohesion between different units and those two were not a part of those units she was testing out.

Cooper got a lot of run in this game. Feagin will probably get increase minutes against Hampton if she does not have any issues. I am sure Dawn probably communicated to them before the game.

Cooper looks really smooth. She reminds me of Saniya Rivers, only she made another 3. She‘s a great passer for sure. Raven, Coop and Lay will be fun to watch the next few years.

Loyal MCQueen played for GT. I don’t remember what/if she was ranked but Dawn didn’t offer.

I’m an anti-label person. My only under armor is gamecock gear. I have a 20 year old Nike sweatsuit somebody gave me that I rarely wear. Maybe I can sell it on line as a “Retro” collectible.
Call it vintage. I've seen clothing listed as vintage selling well.

Brea Beal is one of my top 5 players to watch. Last night she had like 5 blocks and each time u thought the offensive player was by her.

I should add it semi pains me to say this as a Huskies fan

She is on a mission this season! IMO she looks like the most improved player on the team.

I think Brea and LA absolutely look fantastic. As good as Brea has been on defense the past 3 years, she is on another level this year. Dawn moving LA to the wing last year and then almost exclusively “out” this year has made all the difference in her play.

Boston went down with an injury… anyone know anything??
@MattDowellTV on Twitter has a clip of the injury. Seems to be an ankle injury. Shot her free throws then back to the locker room. Did not come back out with the team for warm-ups after halftime.

I don’t want to share the video because I don’t love when they show the injuries on repeat, but feel free to seek it out.

edit to add more info
Boston now back on the bench in a pretty tall black walking boot.

Day-to-day. Will see specialist tomorrow and will know more. Didn’t think it’s serious but will know more tomorrow. I’ll say this. Dawn is gonna say day-to-day every day until she’s back unless it’s a season ending injury. That’s just how she handles any injury. Normally at this time of year she will hold her out unless she’s close to 100%. Doesn’t want to prolong it. We play UCLA Tuesday. Could be very interesting even with Boston.

Coach Law doing the radio postgame said Boston was good and the boot was just precautionary but she would be fine and that she was more scared than anything. Also Lateicia Amihere who was the player chosen for the post game presser, also said that Boston was fine and that she expeceted to see her back playing Tuesday night. Take it for what it is worth, but that was two separate sources doing interviews in two totally different areas of the arena. Also found it encouraging that they did not limit her movement after the game. I know they use boots to ensure no swelling at times of minor injuries, but Aliyah walked around after the game giving hugs and taking pictures as usual, and with significant injuries, this has never been allowed.

Sounds good. I was summarizing what Dawn said in her presser.
