If convicted he’s looking at a fine and a 90 day license privilege suspension.
Sounds like there is no license to suspend . . .

No.Was it Jalen's car?
The traffic violation aka speeding is not a big deal but the altercation with the police is concerning. All seem like relatively minor charges, maybe gets suspended for a game? Probs more an annoyance to him than anything else

Akok and Jalen injured, Bouk likely facing a fairly significant suspension. Well this season is off to a great start.
Most of these charges are BS that they like to slap on bc they can, other that the driving w/o a license non of these charges strike me as “significant”. I’m not a lawyer but having been on the wrong side of the law a cpl times, most of the charges will end up NG as this is prob his fist time getting in trouble w the law.Akok and Jalen injured, Bouk likely facing a fairly significant suspension. Come on. Those are petty MV charges. Will probably get a fine and community service. Kids panic and take off all the time from accidents.Akok and Jalen injured, Bouk likely facing a fairly significant suspension. Well this season is off to a great start.
He's being dramatic. He's talking about Jalen Gaffney who is fine and Akok who is fine. Bouknight will get a slap on the wrist.Season doesn't start for 2 1/2 weeks. Injuries heal, Jalen has no effect on the team, Bouk will serve his penance and move on.
Now I know basketball season is around the corner. Always nice to have these yearly reminders.
Thanks for the clarification....He's talking about Jalen Gaffney...

I don’t suspect a “significant” suspension.
Maybe a game or two at the most and maybe Hurley starts with an exhibition suspension
