I think it’s out of the police’s hands. Prosecutor would have to do that now. If convicted he’s looking at a fine and a 90 day license privilege suspension. It’s pretty minor as far as traffic violations go, though. He’ll be ok through the legal system as far as criminal penalties, it’ll just be civil issues if he hit someone and they sue him. A team suspension might be the worst thing that happens to him- all things considered.

Situation could of been a lot worse from what I heard from some people. Seem's as though it will go by without major punishment (very lucky if its not a long suspension)
