Yes, sauce and provel cheese on a cracker. They somehow took the cr@ppy Chicago cracker thin style and made it worse. Basically CT., NY, and NJ are the only states who know how to make pizza.Isn't St Louis style like sauce on a cracker?
Taking my nephew to Sally’s Wednesday for his birthday. Will be 6 of us going. For people who have gone recently, all cash, no reservations, right?? Thanks in advance.
Great feedback, thanks. Wow, 90 minutes on a Sunday.Went 3 weeks ago and they take cards now. They gave a little bit of gruff when we paid with one but no real pushback. Still no reservations. We went on a Sunday night (2 people) and waited about 90 minutes and then another 30 or so for the pizza, but it was well worth it.
dan drew can’t possibly win, right? guy had a ton of bad press during the governors run
Speaking of Sally's plain mozz or with a few toppings? It has been too long.

There is actually something called Detroit Style. I assumed you had to dig it out of a dumpster while being mugged, but no, it's a real thing. Kind of like a cross between Chicago style (of they didn't make it with the cheese under the sauce) and Greek. It's not pleasant.
I always like their Garden Pie in season, but last time we went there the red pie with bacon and mozz that my daughter ordered was the clear winner at our table.Speaking of Sally's plain mozz or with a few toppings? It has been too long.
Thanks, 8893. I knew you would steer me right.I always like their Garden Pie in season, but last time we went there the red pie with bacon and mozz that my daughter ordered was the clear winner at our table.
This would be my vote, but *and* instead of *or*:Either no mozz or toppings (sausage, pepperoni, bacon).

Tomato pie
Mootz and your preferred meat
That’s exactly right. You can’t skip the Sally’s tomato pie, just like you can’t skip Pepe’s clam. And then supplement
A plain pie seems strange until you try it. Amazing
Full disclosure : it was probably 30 years before I ordered a tomato pie for just that reason, and nobody telling me I had to long ago.A plain pie seems strange until you try it. Amazing
