Seems like the best 5th year on the market right now.

Yes. Also seems to fit our system since he is 6-6 200 lbs & we could possibly play him at the 3 in a 3 guard lineup without losing much size.

Drexel forward Damion Lee will transfer & is immediately eligible due as a 5th year, per multiple sources.

6'6" 200
38 minutes per game
21.4 points
43.8 FG% [170/388]
38.5% on 3s [65/169]
88.7% FTs [173/195]
6.1 rebounds
2.3 assists
1.5 steals
1.9 turnovers

He draws a ton of fouls (6 per 40 minutes), and converts at a very high percentage from the stripe (88.7% FT, 15th in D1). With how much our offense struggled this past year, we could really use that source of easy, efficient points. On top of that, he's a good rebounder from the wing, and doesn't turn the ball over much given how much he controlled the rock.

With all of these talented graduate transfers out there, I really hope we can grab a couple. We've got some nice pieces on our roster as it's currently composed, but could really use a couple more players. Getting a couple guys like Lee and Shonn Miller could really change the trajectory of our 2015-2016 season.

Damion Lee is a perfect fit, great offensive player who can stroke the three and shoots it near 90% from the line. Was conference freshman of the year, averaged 17 per game as a soph, had 21 points against UCLA as a junior before being injured for the year with a knee injury and was the fifth leading scorer in the nation last season before going out with a hand injury in late February. He's from Baltimore and was teammates with Andre Drummond at St. Thomas More where they won a championship together.

I wonder if Ricky Moore had a hand in originally recruiting this dude to Dartmouth, he was their leading scorer last year.

Dartmouth's Alex Mitola will graduate and transfer, source told @CBSSports. Eligible immediately. Averaged 12.4 PPG in 14-15.

Good catch, like Hobbs & Kromah.

You guys are kidding about Alex Mitola right? He is a nice Ivy League guard but not a UConn level talent.

I'm not jazzed about it, but this seems like our level right now. We gave scholarships to worse players this year. At least he's a high-major shooter, if nothing else.

Considering our offense will revolve around DHam & Rodney collapsing the defense into the lane and then 1) tossing up a floater, 2) tossing up a lob, or 3) kicking out for 3-pointers, I think Mitola is a nice fit.

We have both room for and need for a specialist. Nobody's expecting him to be Tyus Jones, nor does he need to be.

He's 5'10 and unathletic for this level, he is a good shooter but he would have to be really open to even get a shot off.

From this video, it looks like he has a pretty quick release. He's technically a PG, and I think he's passable on the floor with DHam and Purvis, but he's certainly not the ideal guy. I'd much rather get Jalan West from NW St., but I haven't heard if he's graduating this year (he redshirted as a freshman).

It looks like Dominic Artis visited Texas A & M last week for JC class of 2015. They need another secondary/primary ball handler in addition to Robinson (Soph) and Carusso (Sr).

It looks like Artis was at Diablo Valley in 2014-15. He ranks #2 in the JC rankings at first glance. I wonder if his game improved. Honestly I don't believe in any second chances. You only get 1 chance and then you should be thrown to the wolves for the rest of your life. Anyway I wish the kid well. I'm sure he will help some team out there.

Mitola, as a fifth yr. senior, IMHO would be better than a similar-sized and ability 2015 HS senior, as the scholarship would then be available for 2016. Sounds like a lot of potential fish out there...reel two good ones in Coach!

Jonathan Williams III was blocked from going to any Big 12 or SEC school. I don't see and P5 school blocking them from the American....So that's good.

Also, Mizzou blocked him from transferring to Arizona-- Borzello considered them the likely landing spot.

He's a sophomore and he would have to sit a year so he doesn't address next season's needs. Ideally, we will land recruits at that position for the '16-'17 season.

List for Gonzaga transfer Angel Nunez: Texas Southern, St. John's, South Florida, Towson, UMKC, Cal State Northridge, Nevada.

Def pass...but he gone.

The idea of adding Miller at the 4 would be the equivalent of looking at Jessica Alba nude 2 years ago for the first time. That would be very exciting indeed. :)

When Sulaimon graduates in June I recommend doing the unthinkable and going hard after him as a grad transfer. I know this would put me in the .0000009% of fans that want this kid at UConn but in my most humble of opinions RASHEED is a guy I desperately want. With the addition of Rasheed and "Big Lanky" we go from playing a home first round NIT game against VCU...to all of a sudden thinking about buying tickets to the NRG Arena next April. The last place I want to see this kid end up is at Memphis or Gonzaga. He was addition by subtraction at Duke. At UConn it could be the Rodney & Rasheed Show. Just call it the R & R Show. ;)
