Going to my first soccer game in 30+ years tomorrow, UConn @ URI...what to expect?
NCAA rules are different. It allows for mass substitutions and the clock goes in the wrong direction.
Other than that it’s still the same game. Let us know how it goes.
Interesting, thanks...how about the competition...favorite in this match up?
Reminder that Greggg picked Zardes over Sargent.
UConn ended Rhody's season in heartbreaking fashion at The Rent last year. URI was up late in the 1st round NCAA playoff game but UConn scored twice in the last 15 minutes and won in OT. I'm sure it left a mark. There was a big mouth Rhody guy that went strangely silent late. I bet he's there today.Going to my first soccer game in 30+ years tomorrow, UConn @ URI...what to expect?
Ok, ok, we get it. You have no clue. (not sure why I keep forgetting this????)Your question has no relevance. Much like nearly everything you say.
Julian Green will be better than Arriola even with Green playing out of position because Arriola isn’t that good to begin with. And I would venture to say that he would have been a better Striker than Donkey Zardes this summer.

Inability to pick up concepts. But don't worry about it. It's more a matter of me remembering who I am trying to communicate with. How exactly do I not have a clue?

Ah finally, maybe you're starting to see the light.Your question was pretty flawed. It’s not apples to apples...
Don't think this will cap tie him. Has to be in an official competition. Friendlies don't count.Looks like we are getting sergiño tomorrow. Cap tie him. Smart

Why would I do that? I'm not the one advocating playing players out of position, YOU are. Well YOU and GB.You put yourself in the dark.
If Berhalter started Dest at Center Mid you would defend it.
Pretty boring crop of games today + Pulisic looks to have taken his rightful place on the Chelsea bench
Ledezma is being courted by the Mexican Federation, so need to lock him up ASAP.I get it but they've given him ample time in pre-season & PL. He looks like a baby deer on skates out there. He's going against players on other teams in his age group. His touch, control, strength just isn't where it needs to be. Hopefully, he gets it together at Chelsea before he's playing for a team like Anderlecht.
On another topic, Richie Ledezma and Alex Mendez both wore the #10 shirts for Jong PSV and Jong Ajax yesterday. Both apparently are really good attacking . We'll be in good hands sooner or later if the federation doesn't screw it up
While true, it doesn't seem to be a super serious threat. One of his most recent IG pics has an American flag proudly displayed. I've also read he doesn't really speak Spanish; he grew up here and is American. The only way he ends up with Mexico is if USSF completely drop the ball. Which, judging by the lack of U-23 call up and the reports that he hasn't spoken to anyone involved since the U-20s, could be happening.Ledezma is being courted by the Mexican Federation, so need to lock him up ASAP.

Leaving Germany was a bad idea. He’s chasing a dream so you can’t blame him. But I think he might be in the worst possible situation at this point.
Of course he was behind Sancho too, so he had to move somewhere. And given Chelsea's willingness to pay, Borussia was highly interested in that move.
