Huh? That has literally nothing to do with what I'm sayingUK is premier and what did that do for Lewis?

Point is great prospects will take great opps for PT, not sit around waiting.Huh? That has literally nothing to do with what I'm saying
Fwiw he is really very unathletic. Less than AK. That's my only concern. The rest of his game is impressive
I watched his College Basketball Scouting video last night and thought he looked great. I actually texted a buddy saying he doesn't look athletic in terms of jumping/explosiveness, but he has amazing hand-eye coordination and body control.
He’s a big strong body - not a lean gazelle. I’ll take it.I watched his College Basketball Scouting video last night and thought he looked great. I actually texted a buddy saying he doesn't look athletic in terms of jumping/explosiveness, but he has amazing hand-eye coordination and body control.
Well I disagree, as evidenced by what's happened in the transfer portal the last few years for all the top schools, including UConnPoint is great prospects will take great opps for PT, not sit around waiting.
I haven't seen anything but backup PG and some forwards we contacted. I'm sure we will look for a Center after that. Maybe they are thinking if Alex leaves they can by with person who can cover PF-C and then add another versatile forward like the guy from Washington State. I have no idea. Can someone provide an update on where we are with a backup big in the portal? Reed and Riebe are great, but I think we’ve proven the value of great depth at the 5. What’s the latest?
I told my husband just now, “ I think Karaban is coming back, I just felt it come over me, he’s back.” He said, “that’s the mezcal you’re drinking right now!”Strong disagree there, with Karaban here he's been playing the 3 for the majority of his minutes. I still want Karaban back though
Committed to Texas Tech. Oh well!
I hope Alex returns. And I hope he announces it really soon.I guess he preferred taking an open slot versus waiting for a premier program.

It's almost like we never even really recruited him...I guess he preferred taking an open slot versus waiting for a premier program.
Silas 20 / Smith 20
Ball 30 / Adams 10

Nice breakdown. One glaring gap is a power forward, 6’8 or 6’9, 230 to 250lbs. There is no one like that on this roster.Silas 20 / Smith 20

Yeah Alex or a replacement PF is still ideal, but it’s possible that a transfer PG (Smith) is the only missing piece of the puzzle. Just grab a couple developmental depth guys to get to 12.Nice breakdown. One glaring gap is a power forward, 6’8 or 6’9, 230 to 250lbs. There is no one like that on this roster.

I am concerned we don’t have a dominant rebounder and defender near the defensive glass. Running into physical teams like Houston would be a problem. I’d like a J’wan Roberts, Ja’Vier Francis or Tugler type all Houston guys. Interesting if you check out their whole roster even their guards are tall and muscular.Yeah Alex or a PF replacement is still ideal, but it’s possible that a transfer PG/Smith is the last real piece we add. Then grab a couple developmental depth guys/walk ons to get to 12.
Still don't know Alex's decision and Alex and and Stew are very close in size. 1" and 10lbs difference. Still early enough to pick up another forward.Nice breakdown. One glaring gap is a power forward, 6’8 or 6’9, 230 to 250lbs. There is no one like that on this roster.
Not a NC caliber roster. We can have some fun with it, but that’s not a title contender.Silas 20 / Smith 20

I’d argue Reed is a dominant rebounder and Reibe is a legit 7 footer. We have great size at C but I agree we’d be on the smaller size at PF between Stew and Ross.I am concerned we don’t have a dominant rebounder and defender near the defensive glass. It's obvious AK is coming back or we're getting a big time pf to replace him.Yeah Alex or a replacement PF is still ideal, but it’s possible that a transfer PG (Smith) is the only missing piece of the puzzle. Just grab a couple developmental depth guys to get to 12.
