The deadline is May 11 to transfer without sitting out a year. Otherwise they can still transfer

For players who have not used the one-time transfer exception.

I also think these transfer portal windows are strict as to when you can officially enter; when it closes, you can't enter until the next time it re-opens.

1. NEW RULES​

The most important new rule is the just-instituted NCAA transfer windows. Numerous graduate transfers have already entered the transfer portal, but Monday kicks off the 60-day window for the rest of the prospective transfers to hop in the portal to examine their options. The one-time transfer rule is still intact, per usual. If a player has not transferred yet, they are immediately eligible.

Virginia wasn't on her finalist list, but who knows. ESPN said yesterday she's expected to pick North Carolina or UCLA. Do they really know? South Carolina and Notre Dame are on that finalist list, too. So is Vandy, which is why I even pay attention to her. On her list of 10, I figure Vandy was either ninth or tenth.
