Hasn’t been announced yet but former NC State post player and Minnesota native Sophie Hart is transferring to Minnesota.
A little flaky to leave while in the middle of a trip to San Diego for a tournament. Leave before the trip or after you get back, kind of a poor decision with the timing. She was a room mate with the other freshmen so it must be that she did not fit in well personality wise. Sometimes that happens. If it was not enough playing time or not see a path to start then it was on her to perform at a higher level to earn that spot. The last couple of games she was in the effort kind of dropped off. At least with BYU she will get more playing time.Really sorry Oregon lost her. Great energy and future, I thought. Kind of inexplicable.
Oh well... best wishes to her and Amari Whiting in Provo.
Is she from Oklahoma?
Hart is an important add to go along with the strong freshman class.Hasn’t been announced yet but former NC State post player and Minnesota native Sophie Hart is transferring to Minnesota.

This should make @triaddukefan a little happier for next season.
Love from Georgia Tech. Was an integral part of last years squad. Has dropped off this season. Dismissed from the team
Unfortunate when coaching changes happen.Lily Stoddard, Indiana Native Who Went to Purdue, Announces She's Entering Portal
Minor quibble with the article: Lily Stoddard is 6'4" tall and is a post, not a guard. You know...details count.
She initially committed to Sharon Versyp, but stayed at Purdue when Versyp left. She didn't see the court much at all and decided to leave: the tell-tale 404 page is on the Purdue Roster page.
This girl has some potential. With the right school and coaching, she could be good. Volleyball player who has very good hops.Lily Stoddard, Indiana Native Who Went to Purdue, Announces She's Entering Portal

I was curious to see who sent her offers on the recruiting trail. She got some volleyball offers but in terms of basketball:This girl has some potential. With the right school and coaching, she could be good. Volleyball player who has very good hops.
Sister of #1 2024 recruit Jaloni camebirdge entering the portal out of Kentucky
Doubtful, completely different levels of talent. Not trying to take any swipes towards Kennedy but Jaloni is in a league of her own. Her other sister plays at VanderbiltSo we’ll know where Jaloni is going with where her sister transfers to, right?
Anywhere but Louisville. ANYWHERE.Doubtful, completely different levels of talent. Not trying to take any swipes towards Kennedy but Jaloni is in a league of her own.
Jaloni Cambridge has recently visited South Carolina, North Carolina, Ohio State, LSU, Texas, Louisville, Baylor, Kentucky and Vandy.
What you got against my Cardinals?Anywhere but Louisville. ANYWHERE.

Several of those schools would probably offer Kennedy a scholarship if it increased their chances of landing Jaloni.Doubtful, completely different levels of talent. Not trying to take any swipes towards Kennedy but Jaloni is in a league of her own. Her other sister plays at Vanderbilt

Never really cared for UL to be honest. Sorry…What you got against my Cardinals?![]()
Walz is usually in the mix for top kids but seldom lands top 5 recruits. Asia Durr is the only one I can think of who wound up playing for him.Anywhere but Louisville. ANYWHERE.
