Azzi Fudd scored 35 points on Friday (1/25). It's the 8th time she's scored 34+ this season.

I have no doubt Miles will be needed immediately next year as either a starter or backup. There is a great opportunity for a transfer to come in and flourish like "Z" did.
Hint#1: That "21 is the year of Miles HS graduation.I have no doubt Miles will be needed immediately next year as either a starter or backup. There is a great opportunity for a transfer to come in and flourish like "Z" did.

She's not so good---ONLY shoot 80% from the 3, is she "really" Uconn material???Doesn't look like we'll be spending much time worrying about Aubrey's jump shot next year.
Hannah Gusters ruled ineligible to play the rest of the season.
5-star recruit Hannah Gusters ruled ineligible after transferring from Duncanville to Irving MacArthur
Have we offered Sonia yet? Waiting to their senior years can be fatal.1/27
Sonia Citron: 15 points. 10 rebounds, 4 assists

Sonia is a HS sophomore, UCONN has plenty of time to evaluate her.Have we offered Sonia yet? Waiting to their senior years can be fatal.
Gusters and DeBerry also.I'm not aware of an offer....Fudd, Bueckers and Van Lith are the only recruits that have offers as far as I can remember
We had plenty of time with Haley Jones also. Girls don't like to wait for an offer.Sonia is a HS sophomore, UCONN has plenty of time to evaluate her.

That's my point - it was too late when she committed to Stanford for Uconn to get another quality player. You can't put all your eggs in one basket even if you do offer early and you penalize yourself by offering late.Haley Jones didn’t wait for an offer.
Hypothetical situation: Say we had 2 positions to fill for the forward (wing) position. What would be wrong with selecting the 3 best recruits and telling them that the first 2 to accept the scholarship offer are on the team. It seems so much better than picking the 2 best and hoping they accept your offer (even it means waiting until all the girls are commited to other teams).

How exactly does a one member class (which UCONN has had numerous times before) make it sensible to hand out offers tp players UCONN is not sold on???? Seems pretty stupid to me.you're not going to win that argument with many of the old guard even though it makes sense as illustrated by the one member 2019 class.....hopefully UConn will make more numerous offers for the 2020 class
