Gusters is very highly regarded and is another of the 35 invitees to the U17 trials that begin in less than two weeks.

Gusters is from Texas though, might be a tough pull to get her to Storrs. She is a true post and would be well worth it with Marshall and Brink as a great combo 4 & 5 to throw in with some killer 2020 guards.

I'm not sold on Marshall but Brink is a special talent, imo.

Gusters looks impressive from the little I can find.

Premiere Basketball Report piece on the great 2020 Texas high school class:


The best post in the class is Hannah Gusters (ProSkills 17u EYBL). Hannah has an elite frame with soft hands, terrific lateral movement and a will to be great. Hannah’s confidence has skyrocketed in the last year or so, and she has the ability to turn some heads at the U17 National trials later this month.

The double overtime game that had many buzzing the other night between @ProSkillsGBB and @BWSLGirlsAAU is available on Youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q3zgFbtHbLg …. Lot of future #ncaaw standouts. @umdwbb and @TexasWBB commits and more verbals to come.

I have seen her name out there for awhile but like you thought she was staying local...........the Texas and Baylor boards both consider her the big in state post to get of the 2020 class..........they say she has improved her game greatly in the past year..............she appears to have some kind of friendship with Charli Collier so UConn's very professional handling of Ms Collier's change of heart is certainly a small positive.......
