I really want this kid. I really think he could be a three year starter for us on DL and be a real difference maker.

Meh... I don't consider a Jersey kid going to Rutgers as their first in state commit a punch in the gut. He was only here for Junior Day w/ his school. Not much since. I'm more ticked about Robinson after being in his Top 3 (only non P5 there).

Interesting tweet by Todd. He's been talking about Jones for weeks and has been following him closely. I haven't seen any other source on this before today (Scout now has him holding an offer too). Travis is very quiet on social media).

Travis Jones is a 6-5 360lb OL from Wilbur Cross High School in New Haven. Other offers from Buffalo, Rutgers, Temple and BC

Can't let this kid leave CT. Would be a solid pick up for our OL
 
Seems like we have some interesting underclassman at camp today, but what about prospects for 2018 like Rondell Bothroyd, Travis Jones and others?

Btw, Travis Jones looks like a decent prospect for either Center or NT.

Banks recently told me he could commit somewhere in 2 weeks to a month. Jones told me he wouldn't commit today, but who knows.

It's reported above that we offered? I haven't personally seen anywhere that he has been on campus but that could just be it hasn't been reported.

Anyone have any idea why Nico Ragaini has not been offered yet? This kid was considered by many in the state to be the best player in the state. I coach in the SCC and this kid is legit. Great receiver and dynamic punt/kick returner. Just received offer from BC. PG'ing at Avon.
