Interested to see who he actually pulls in for OC/DC (absent all the rumors):

That contract is absurd. Mack hasn't coached, in what, 5 years? Strong replaced him followed by herman right? What! What? This has to be a typo. What the frig. Diaco's agent got one upped! I thought for sure Mack Brown was the cheap way out.
This just another illustration that most of the media money is going to stupid compensation packages.
3.5 million is peanuts. ACC is gonna have its own network soon so the rights fees per school are going to rise dramatically. Plus UNC is a pretty rich institution. That contract is absurd. Mack hasn't coached, in what, 5 years? Strong replaced him followed by herman right?
fair points. I more just think its crazy to bring in mack brown. Lost his way his last few years in texas and hasn't coached in a while.3.5 million is peanuts. ACC is gonna have its own network soon so the rights fees per school are going to rise dramatically. Plus UNC is a pretty rich institution.
UNC cemented their spot as worst hire of the offseason before 3/4 of the teams have even had a chance to hire a new coach. Impressive. Brown hasnt coached in ages and is nearly 70 years old....
Is that still true? Is there still value in your own network? And haven't we been hearing they are getting a network for years?3.5 million is peanuts. ACC is gonna have its own network soon so the rights fees per school are going to rise dramatically. Plus UNC is a pretty rich institution.
I thought an ACC network already existed? Is that still true? Is there still value in your own network? And haven't we been hearing they are getting a network for years?
I Believe they get their own network next year. I just didn't think these networks were the cash cows that they used to be.I thought an ACC network already existed?
BC offensive coordinator Scott Loeffler announced as Bowling Green’s next head coach
How does a team transition from a triple option to a different offense? Honest question. Does it take a few recruiting cycles to find better fits or do the players they have fit a different offense easily?

As a Georgia fan, this is very upsetting to me.
Ha. Kirby's going to be stomping on them for the next decade or more - I don't care who's coaching.
I think the Purdue BB and FB gigs are better than ville. Big 10 is better conf for FB. That's a lateral move at best.Actually am kind of surprised that Brohm turned down Louisville. Must be far more difficult to win there now that the shade has been opened.
Forde: Jeff Brohm turns down alma mater Louisville to remain head coach at Purdue
>>Purdue is believed to have sweetened Brohm’s current $4 million per-year deal to as much as $6 million annually, while offering additional incentives to stay. Louisville was believed to have made an offer of seven years and $35 million.<<
