Germany has been absolute dominant since I started watching, but have had poor services and final connections.

I hate the green uniforms. They use them now and then, when they can't use black.
 
Sweden got screwed, that should have been a handball.

I wonder if Germany realizes they might very well get knocked out if they don't win this game. I'm sure they do, but they don't look like it.

They need to bring Miroslav Klose out of retirement. I don't care if he's 60 (or whatever), the guy was money.

My favorite WC player ever. He only needs to play 5-10 minutes at the end of the game and they get a goal out of it. More than worth a spot.

Not sure why Ozil is back in this match. They looked stronger without out him last game.

Matchups I guess, but they've had such consistency problems I'd go with what was clicking.

Also, I'd might put Brandt in there. He's been their super sub, but there's no reason he couldn't bring it all game.

He's had a couple poor touches, but also a couple good building moments. Kimmich has been bad. Werner needs to make better runs. Khedira has done well keeping possession and pressure high, but services have been bad.

Kimmich was bad last game too.
 
Was that off a pass/chip or a deflection? I couldn't see.

Sweden! If they keep Mexico from scoring there's a very real chance of Mexico being out.

He sure has lost a lot from what he was. Is he capable of playing at his former level? I suppose he might be, but he's not creating much as he once did. Nor is Kroos, or Mueller playing they way they did in the last WC. None of the three of them are that old.

They need the younger guys like Brandt and Werner to step up.
