I’m sure that will happen. Lots of URI fans around as well.Selling out a charity game would be amazing optics.
UConn site says they go on sale on 9/13 on Ticketmaster and 9/14 at the Mohegan Sun box office. When can we expect tickets to go on sale?
Columbus Day10/14 is a Monday
It would be cool to coordinate a Boneyard Poker game surrounding this event!just booked a room for the night.
see y'all at the $1/$2 tables before and/or after the game.
That made me giggle a bit, but overall, the overall quality of every team in Rhode Island is pretty darn good.So UConn vs the best team in Rhode Island? That may be worth attending in person.
Even RISD?That made me giggle a bit, but overall, the overall quality of every team in Rhode Island is pretty darn good.
Providence, Rhode Island, Bryant and Brown are all at least in the top-half of the teams in the nation.
Don’t get off for Columbus Day?Would have loved to go see this game in person. Won't be able to drive up from NY due to work. Any chance it will be livestreamed ?
Sometimes these exhibitions are televised and sometimes not. Field of 68 actually just had an open offer out to schools to livestream these exhibitions for them, so worst case scenario Goodman calls the game. 2nd worst case scenario is there is no livestream.Would have loved to go see this game in person. Won't be able to drive up from NY due to work. Any chance it will be livestreamed ?
The NCAA waiver-approved charity game will conclude the Hall of Fame's weekend's festivities, which includes the Class of 2024 Enshrinement Ceremony on Sunday, October 13, in Springfield, Massachusetts – the Birthplace of Basketball. All net proceeds from the game will benefit Coaches vs. Cancer and the American Cancer Society.Great to see Danny paying back the URI Program for his time spent there with some revenue for their Program. Like Coach K said- Time for Danny to lead the NCAA.
I used to, but not this time. The issue is also that next day is a work day.Don’t get off for Columbus Day?
